Everyday is a working day at Spina Rossa. Like in the farmer style, our labours are discreet: in this way nothing can disturb the calm and the privacy of our guests. Our wine comes from all the loving care we dedicate to the vineyard. Our extra virgin olive-oil, which preserves all the land’s perfumes, is the main ingredient of our dishes. Apart from this, we offer cheeses, sausages, vegetables and fruits to our guests. For a long time we have been making a quality choice with a totally biological agriculture, deserving the Italian Association for Biological Agriculture certificate. Our guests are welcome to see or take part in the farm’s activities. The milking, the cheese-making, handmade bread, the vintage: unique and unforgettable experiences! Children can help us feed the goats and hens and look for the eggs!
