With patience and devotion we recovered old and forgotten recipes. With the same care, we transform our products into tastes of the best Cilento tradition. Simple cooking is our passion: precious because it is son of poverty and fantasy. Nevertheless that is enough for peasants to create rich and tasty dishes with few and cheap ingredients.
