Everyday is a working day at Spina Rossa. Like in the old farmer style, our work is respectful and unobtrusive in order to not disturb the guests. Our greatest richness is the olive oil. Someone says that we do a special extra virgin, preserving all the land’s perfumes. Of course it is the main feature of our dishes. Apart from this, we offer cheeses, sausages, vegetables and fruits directly from the farm. For a long time we have been making a quality choice with a totally biological agriculture, deserving the Italian Association for Biological Agriculture certificate. This is our contribute to preserve the landscape all around.
